Refund policy

• Returns accepted within [7] days of delivery, if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.
• Earrings cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made or Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video, to rangbareillystore@gmail.com.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
• Normal wear, fading, or tarnishing over time is not considered a defect and is not covered.
